I think this is my first time at a Residence Inn and I was impressed. Check-in - Well, I got a notification about two days prior to my reservation that I could check-in online. I stopped by the front desk on arrival and they said they don’t have the mobile check-in so no big deal but Marriott should probably not offer a service that this hotel does not provide. Common Areas - They were renovating when I was there, but the only thing I noticed was the elevators were padded for moving furniture. Again, no big deal. The breakfast was one of the better ones I have seen. Hot he’s and waffles, and just about everything else. It was a step above the norm. Again, employees there were very pleasant. The decor was nice and comfortable. (I hope they don’t renovate the lobby) The room was also better than expected. Studio-type suite with the bedroom separated but not closed off from the living area. Plenty of space with a work table and a dinner table for two. The kitchen was much much better than any extended stay room I have seen. Nice appliances with the basic dishes and utensils. Not mis-matched and missing like most similar hotels. Dish soap and all that is provided. Stop by the grocery store on your way in to stock your kitchen if you want to cook. No restaurants within walking distance. Bathroom was large with a make-up counter and separate sink. Our room was on the freeway side, and though they had four panned double windows, the noise was still pretty constant. No complaints and big thumbs up for service, cleanliness and amenities.

CRYSTAL! You are amazing and i hope that the Marriott recognizes you as the Gem of an Employee that you are. Thank you so much for your hospitality and customer care. From the day prior to day of you were so gentle on the phone with answering my questions. Requested early check in and she called when it was available. We slept in the car outside as our flight got in at 6am but was so thankful to check in at 12p with a room close to the elevator. The room was great. Key acess to power the lights on which i thought was pretty neat. I wanted to find a hotel with a kitchen to recommend to my family if they were to travel to LA. We over looked the roof but that was fine as we didnt open the curtains. Room came equiped with dishes, cups, mugs for 4, scrubby mommy, palmolive soap, 1 pack of dishwasher detergent, decaf coffee and tea. Complimentary breakfast was awesome, Mahalo to the ladies working the Breakfast, they were working hard to keep to area neat, clean, and stocked. Michelle checked us out and she was so friendly! Thank you as well to her for her customer service and kindess. We will be back!

Staff was wonderful, located in an area close to everything. Breakfast was amazing and the breakfast staff was unbelievably kind. Would definitely stay here again. Oh another big plus the room was clean and smelled SOOOOO good when we arrived.

Good locations. It’s not walking distance to much but it is a 10 min drive to Manhattan Beach and a 15 min drive to LAX. Decent size outdoor heated pool. Breakfast buffet downstairs in the lobby, you will be charged for hot items. Lobby is a good size with many different sitting areas. Rooms are nothing spectacular.

Very friendly and every time helping hand. Good conection to every direction. Car, bus, metro . All is possible here.

The name should be upheld, sadly we experienced-the stove's knob missing, oven dirty, power failure, reluctance of front desk, delayed housekeeping and maintenance, wifi disconnection for more than a day , elevator malfunction , ...

I just haven’t had a bad experience with Marriott yet! Great customer service! Rooms were spacious and comfy! The pool area, fire pit and basketball court kept my youngins busy and happy! 👍🏽

It wasn't great. It was average. You get what you pay for so don't expect much. This isn't a luxury hotel. They charge 20 a night for parking, which seems a little expensive and unnecessary for self park. The hot breakfast only existed for 2 mornings. The rest was pre packaged sandwiches. Room was 50 feet from fwy and loud. Customer service was the best part and the comfy beds!

First thing that stood out to me was the amazing customer service! I stayed here May 21st and did a late check in at around 9 pm there was a young lady and young man working they did an amazing job with assisting me. Everything went so smoothly the next morning the same young lady helped me again as well! the property is beautiful and so are the rooms! Will def be staying here more often! Thank you Residence Inn LA Redondo Beach for everything!!

I would definitely stay here again. The place is quiet and peaceful but most importantly it’s clean! Zero complaints on the cleanliness. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was okay. Just a standard breakfast but it gets the job done.
