My stay here was fantastic! Roxas at the front desk is such a gem! His service was impeccable and he’s very attentive-whatever I needed, he did not hesitate to provide. His presence was missed on my last night staying here, as there was a shift in the atmosphere walking into the lobby without him there. I’d stay here again due to the location being midway to the airport and our daily destination and just to see Roxas’ smiling face! Breakfast was standard. The only thing I dislike is that pets don’t have a designated level to stay on, having dogs on my floor (and possibly in my room) is not too fun too think about.

When we checked in past midnight, Jo greeted us with a friendly smile and a really helpful attitude. He listened to us recount our event filled night and his wonderful attitude made up for the mishaps we had on our drive here from NorCal. We really appreciate the kindness he showed us when we checked in.

Hotel close to highway, parking cost $25, first day in a room: carpet is old, the bed was smell pipi, in a bathroom has spider, next day they changed the room. Breakfast is ok

We stayed 4-18-2026 to 4-19-2026.Start to finish was amazing, we stayed here last minute. Front desk at nightime was amazing wish I got his name he was super helpful. Our room was 124. Was super spacious, the room came with more than what we needed, it had silverware, pots and pans wine glasses. I've never slept so good in a hotel bed before, the bed was COMFORTABLE. The shower and water pressure was amazing best I've had. The walls aren't paper thin neither we litterally heard nothing outside our door and alot of guest had to pass our room to get where they were going. Wish i had time for breakfast but my family had to leave by 7am and breakfast is served at 7am, my only complaint, on weekdays breakfast is served at 6am should be weekends too. All in all great experience and if I'm in the area I'll be back.

My stay at Residence Inn Los Angeles Redondo Beach from December 19th to January 1st was simply perfect in every aspect. I traveled with my wife and daughter, and the hotel exceeded all our expectations. The room was outstanding — spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, featuring a separate living area and a full kitchen, which made a huge difference during our stay. The cleanliness was impeccable every day, and all the staff members were extremely kind and attentive without exception. The breakfast also deserves special mention: always varied, well-prepared, and of excellent quality. The location is another strong point — easy to access and close to department stores, supermarkets, and several restaurants, making everything very convenient. I will definitely be returning soon. This is exactly the kind of hotel I had been looking for near Los Angeles.

It's lacking quality by Marriott standards. Rooms and lobby can be very noisy from equipment and outside traffic. The rooms are showing their age, with broken lights, fixtures, rattling fridge, etc. Overall, it's not bad. But I find it lacking.

Joe was a very helpful and friendly employee and definitely deserves a raise

Husband and I stayed just under a week here and wow - it was amazing. We do travel pretty often and this was definitely one of the more memorable hotels we've stayed in. The front desk staff were soo nice and always helped us if we had questions. Free hot breakfast (which is a must for us) that rotated so there wasn't the same things every day. There was a waffle station, a oatmeal/yogurt station and a variety of other things. Our hotel room was pretty spacious and very nice. Since the hotel is next to a highway I have seen some reviews complaining about the noise but I personally didn't think there was much noise, but I do tend to sleep with the tv on so thats honestly probably why I didn't hear anything. The outdoor area was absolutely beautiful, with a pool and some nice fireplaces. Parking was $25/night which took me by surprise because I've never paid for parking in the parking lot but when I was looking at other hotels in the area not only was it the cheapest but they allowed you to go in and out freely (apparently a lot of other hotels use parking garages and make you pay every time you come and go) which was a huge plus. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and I definitely would stay here again if I'm ever in the area again.
