Great, clean hotel with an excellent location, easy to move around, and the receptionist, Crystal, is a wonderful person and cheerful in her dealings.

Had a great stay at Residence inn Redondo. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The suite we had was spotless, spacious and very modern. The lobby was very relaxing with fireplace and TV's.

Great service! We landed early into LAX, our check in wasn’t til 4pm however we arrived to the hotel about 1pm and they were so accommodating, allowed us to check in earlier than expected. Rooms were huge, it was great, with the 4 of us I the 1 space we could actually breathe. Loved there was a water cooler available. Breakfast was nice.

Rooms on the highway side are too noisy. Get a room on the parking lot side.

Great place to stay when we have to work near LAX. Convenient and quiet rooms even though right next to the 405 freeway! Only complaint is don't get a room right next to the stairs, you can hear folks going up an downstairs.

The hotel fit our need for a 2 bedroom suite! The room was clean and comfortable, and our standards were high! The breakfast bar was the best I've ever seen at a hotel! We traveled to LA for a funeral with my 87 year old mother. One morning at breakfast, the manager asked about our stay, and I asked for a rubber shower mat so mom wouldn't slip in the shower. He had an employee go to the store and buy one then deliver to our room! EXCELLENT SERVICE! We will definitely stay at this hotel again!
