Great place to stay when we have to work near LAX. Convenient and quiet rooms even though right next to the 405 freeway! Only complaint is don't get a room right next to the stairs, you can hear folks going up an downstairs.

The hotel fit our need for a 2 bedroom suite! The room was clean and comfortable, and our standards were high! The breakfast bar was the best I've ever seen at a hotel! We traveled to LA for a funeral with my 87 year old mother. One morning at breakfast, the manager asked about our stay, and I asked for a rubber shower mat so mom wouldn't slip in the shower. He had an employee go to the store and buy one then deliver to our room! EXCELLENT SERVICE! We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Employees are wonderful Excellent customer service. However, I was very disappointed the pool and hot tub were both very cold. I believe they need a new boiler. The repair men were their twice in one week and could not fix it. I wil reiterate the service goes bove and beyond. Great team their. 👏

Rooms have a sliding door for the bathroom that is hard to open close and lock. Some rooms have a lot of road noise. Service was excellent.we forgot toothpaste and they gave some to us! The location is good being so close to SOFI and LAX made getting around easy. It's also near a McDonald's, in and out, Walmart, and five below. Parking is also cheap and free breakfast is always a plus. Parking can be hard if you get back late as a lot of large semi trucks take up 30 spaces of parking.

Beautiful hotel

Stayed here with my family for vacation. Pros: Room was spacious and beds were comfy Pool area was nice with hot tub Grill was very popular.. grill utensils at front desk Pull out bed was perfect for two kids Full size fridge Lots of fireworks to watch from windows on July 4th Cons: Ice is available only at front desk. Have to take your bucket to desk and then they get ice for you. During breakfast time is not a good time to request Ice. Breakfast is very busy and the later you go the more likely there are long lines and items out of stock. There is not daily room service (common these days I know). Have to call for towels and washcloths (they come quick). I could only figure out how to cool the room down below 73 for 4 hours. So I woke up hot in middle of the night and had to extend the occupied timer on A/C for another 4 hours to keep room cool enough to sleep. Probably need a larger trash can with no daily room service. We ended up using one of the trash bags they gave us with towels to manage the trash that accumulated over 4 days with only room service on day 2.

Clean and well kept hotel. Breakfast was good.
