This has been one of the best hotels I ever stayed at in LA so far! I stayed here recently for a week and it was amazing. From check in to check out the staff have been so sweet and nice. I was worried because when I looked up the hotel on Yelp it was reported as closed, so I called the hotel and the staff answered and reassured me that they are open and weren’t sure why the Yelp page is showing it as closed. They have been so helpful on the phone answering my questions and helping me and always greeting me in the mornings and nights when we would leave. I loved the room too because it came with a kitchen and fridge and since we were staying a week we were able to store drinks in the fridge and keep them cold. I love how it came with a TV and we could watch in bed and the room was also so cold too and it made the nights so easy to sleep. I never had trouble sleeping at all! The room was spacious and really clean as well, I didn’t hear any neighbors. I did hear occasionally running upstairs but that was it. There was a big desk to work on and a bathroom with a light up mirror. I did the hotel package that came with the parking so parking was included with my package and there was free breakfast every morning! The breakfast was really good I had hot waffles and hot coffee in the morning and it was really good ! I wish we took advantage of the pool and hot tub, but maybe next time. I definitely would stay here again ! I love this hotel and it wasn't that far from the Los Angeles Airport (LAX) either! About a 13 min drive without traffic. It's a great location and you can bring pets too! I loved my stay here and would definitely come back again!

Husband and I stayed just under a week here and wow - it was amazing. We do travel pretty often and this was definitely one of the more memorable hotels we've stayed in. The front desk staff were soo nice and always helped us if we had questions. Free hot breakfast (which is a must for us) that rotated so there wasn't the same things every day. There was a waffle station, a oatmeal/yogurt station and a variety of other things. Our hotel room was pretty spacious and very nice. Since the hotel is next to a highway I have seen some reviews complaining about the noise but I personally didn't think there was much noise, but I do tend to sleep with the tv on so thats honestly probably why I didn't hear anything. The outdoor area was absolutely beautiful, with a pool and some nice fireplaces. Parking was $25/night which took me by surprise because I've never paid for parking in the parking lot but when I was looking at other hotels in the area not only was it the cheapest but they allowed you to go in and out freely (apparently a lot of other hotels use parking garages and make you pay every time you come and go) which was a huge plus. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and I definitely would stay here again if I'm ever in the area again.

the rooms were great! the size was perfect and there was a kitchen in my suite, we also had a big bathroom and the beds were so comfortable! the couch also turns into a bed which was perfect since my family had 2 extra people! the service was absolutely amazing, they were so kind and helpful! they greeted us every time we came in and out of the hotel! there’s a small store next to the check in desk with so many snacks and essentials like bandages in case you forget! there’s a pool, hot tub, gym, and basketball court, it’s really amazing, the breakfast was so good too, there’s waffle makers and much more. lastly, the location was also great, right next to LAX for those who are flying, only 10 minutes away! the only thing that upsets me is it’s a bit far from hollywood where i wanted to go but also very close to manhattan beach! i definitely recommend this hotel for families and if you just want a relaxing 1-2 night vacation!

Hotel police judge and jury here and This hotel is great! Clean, cool service and very convenient. Smells are better then most. I wish they wouldnt allow pets cause they pee and poo on carpets and that smell cant be covered up but they did great trying. I didnt have to sweep or wipe down too much of anything. Im a germaphobe so its getting wiped if I or my 3 kids are going to touch it. Just me, not personal to hotel. So yes clean and everything within 3-5 mins. Pool and hot tub. We will def be returning.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days, during a personal business trip, and I must say that in all of my 33+ years of traveling as an adult, this was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The staff members - Dressa, one of the Front Desk staff members who checked us in upon arrival, was absolutely delightful during our entire stay. One evening my husband and I had to use the Business Center printer, and she came over to make sure we weren’t in need of paper and had everything we needed. This was true customer service that went above and beyond because Dressa came to us without being asked to do so. Another staffer - Crystal, was also delightful, greeting us with a smile and cheery good morning every time we arrived for the complimentary breakfast - which was everyday of our stay! While eating breakfast,I also observed how friendly she engaged with other guests who felt so comfortable chatting with her as they entered or exited the lobby. It was actually a pleasure to watch! Speaking of the complimentary breakfast, it was filled with a nice variety of tasty options: breakfast sandwiches, eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, muffins, English Muffins, yogurt (I could go on) - and also vegetarian items like a Swiss cheese and spinach quiche. The breakfast Attendant on duty everyday of our stay, was the A-MAZING Tanya. She ensured that the breakfast area and items were always full, hot items remained hot, AND that everyone had what they needed. What also made Tanya stand out, was that she didn’t hold back compliments, which most often just made my day! By the end of our stay, she made my husband and I feel like Marriott family members (if there was such a thing!😊), which actually says a LOT about how we were treated and felt during our entire stay. To top off all of this goodness, we had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Charles Eman, who came over to our breakfast table, to see how we were enjoying our stay, not just once, but twice!! Needless to say we had a great conversation with Charles. Similar to his staff members, he was VERY kindhearted and welcoming. He genuinely wanted to know all about our stay, and informed us that if we needed anything, to be sure to let him know. Should we have a need in the future to return to the South Bay Area of Southern California, this will certainly be our first choice. In addition to everything I’ve already mentioned, I must say that the location is also perfect because you’re in good proximity of several eateries and modern conveniences in Hawthorne, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, and El Segundo. Our 1-bedroom suite was also nice and clean, and provided exactly what we needed for this stay. If you decide to choose this hotel and location, I believe you will be quite pleased!!
