Husband and I stayed just under a week here and wow - it was amazing. We do travel pretty often and this was definitely one of the more memorable hotels we've stayed in. The front desk staff were soo nice and always helped us if we had questions. Free hot breakfast (which is a must for us) that rotated so there wasn't the same things every day. There was a waffle station, a oatmeal/yogurt station and a variety of other things. Our hotel room was pretty spacious and very nice. Since the hotel is next to a highway I have seen some reviews complaining about the noise but I personally didn't think there was much noise, but I do tend to sleep with the tv on so thats honestly probably why I didn't hear anything. The outdoor area was absolutely beautiful, with a pool and some nice fireplaces. Parking was $25/night which took me by surprise because I've never paid for parking in the parking lot but when I was looking at other hotels in the area not only was it the cheapest but they allowed you to go in and out freely (apparently a lot of other hotels use parking garages and make you pay every time you come and go) which was a huge plus. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and I definitely would stay here again if I'm ever in the area again.

This has been one of the best hotels I ever stayed at in LA so far! I stayed here recently for a week and it was amazing. From check in to check out the staff have been so sweet and nice. I was worried because when I looked up the hotel on Yelp it was reported as closed, so I called the hotel and the staff answered and reassured me that they are open and weren’t sure why the Yelp page is showing it as closed. They have been so helpful on the phone answering my questions and helping me and always greeting me in the mornings and nights when we would leave. I loved the room too because it came with a kitchen and fridge and since we were staying a week we were able to store drinks in the fridge and keep them cold. I love how it came with a TV and we could watch in bed and the room was also so cold too and it made the nights so easy to sleep. I never had trouble sleeping at all! The room was spacious and really clean as well, I didn’t hear any neighbors. I did hear occasionally running upstairs but that was it. There was a big desk to work on and a bathroom with a light up mirror. I did the hotel package that came with the parking so parking was included with my package and there was free breakfast every morning! The breakfast was really good I had hot waffles and hot coffee in the morning and it was really good ! I wish we took advantage of the pool and hot tub, but maybe next time. I definitely would stay here again ! I love this hotel and it wasn't that far from the Los Angeles Airport (LAX) either! About a 13 min drive without traffic. It's a great location and you can bring pets too! I loved my stay here and would definitely come back again!

I think this is my first time at a Residence Inn and I was impressed. Check-in - Well, I got a notification about two days prior to my reservation that I could check-in online. I stopped by the front desk on arrival and they said they don’t have the mobile check-in so no big deal but Marriott should probably not offer a service that this hotel does not provide. Common Areas - They were renovating when I was there, but the only thing I noticed was the elevators were padded for moving furniture. Again, no big deal. The breakfast was one of the better ones I have seen. Hot he’s and waffles, and just about everything else. It was a step above the norm. Again, employees there were very pleasant. The decor was nice and comfortable. (I hope they don’t renovate the lobby) The room was also better than expected. Studio-type suite with the bedroom separated but not closed off from the living area. Plenty of space with a work table and a dinner table for two. The kitchen was much much better than any extended stay room I have seen. Nice appliances with the basic dishes and utensils. Not mis-matched and missing like most similar hotels. Dish soap and all that is provided. Stop by the grocery store on your way in to stock your kitchen if you want to cook. No restaurants within walking distance. Bathroom was large with a make-up counter and separate sink. Our room was on the freeway side, and though they had four panned double windows, the noise was still pretty constant. No complaints and big thumbs up for service, cleanliness and amenities.

Perfect stay! The hotel has an excellent location—right outside is a metro station, and it’s situated in a quiet, comfortable neighborhood. The rooms are very spacious. I must mention the breakfast—it’s truly delicious. Karen、sarah and other staff offer a wonderful service, Highly recommend!

*UPDATING to 4 star as this was resolved promptly after my initial review.* Writing a review in hopes my primary complaint can be resolved. I booked via the Marriott Bonvoy app for July 25-27th at a "stay and play" rate which stated it includes parking and a $10 market credit. Upon arrival I reminded the front desk of the included parking and was given a paper to put in my car for parking. I was given a handicap room, to which I asked to be switched and was told the hotel was fully booked and I could not. There was also a spider in the shower to which we were told "it's California, there's spiders" by the front desk. I decided to not make a big deal out of it and let it go. Upon check out I asked about the $10 market credit and the front desk agent said she didn't see anything about that on my booking, so I showed her my confirmation page that stated the included parking and $10 market credit, to which she told me to just grab something from the market, since nothing had prices on them I grabbed 2 red bulls and she just told me "you're good". After arriving home I looked at my folio and saw I was charged for two nights of parking totaling $50. I called immediately and the agent said he is not seeing free parking on my booking and that he needs to pass it on to a supervisor who should be calling me. This whole experience has been unsatisfactory, especially since I have stayed at a neighboring hotel many times without issues like this. Considering I booked directly through the app and not through some 3rd party and have a screenshot of the confirmation showing that I booked the "stay and play" rate with parking included I believe I should be refunded for the parking.
